Notice: The CELT ID account used to access Aquifer is the same account used to access sensitive information in other systems on campus such as myStThom (Payroll, HR and student grade information) and your UST email. Sharing your account information for one system compromises your account in every other system.

Even directly supervised use of a student using your login credentials to Aquifer is a violation the Acceptable Use Guidelines in that students are by IT policy not allowed Aquifer access. Keep in mind that each and every change made within the Aquifer system from your login is logged to your personal Username / account.

UST employees who share their login credentials to Aquifer or other UST systems are in violation of Acceptable Use Policy for Technology Resources and Acceptable Use Guidelines are subject to account suspension and official disciplinary action which may include termination of employment.
